The USA the most generous Country on the Planet!

It is the Country founded by immigrants seeking religious 'FREEDOM"!

It is the Country that has always opened its doors to ALL immigrants from everywhere around the globe.

It is the Country that in 1959 allowed Political Exiles to find refugee, freedom and NEW opportunities in the United States of America.  Since 1959 Cubans continue to come to AMERICA!  To seek residence and to be US Citizens, to prosper and to continue to give back to the U.S.A.  After all it is the Country that embraced them, since their own native homeland wanted to repress and take away all their human and civil rights.  Besides no one in 1959 had "Due Process" executions by Che Guevara and the Castro's was like a Roman Circus, many applaud this act of violence.

Here we are in 2011, the Castro's continue with their violent model of govenment with NO due process, continue beating  the Ladies in White, for defending, the human and civil rights of political prisoners.

The Cultural inter-change which is a JOKE! A one way street exchange and it is NOT fair... Cuba continues deploying into this Country those that seek to destroy  the very meaning of freedom.   Continued disrespect to the laws of the U.S.A. by commiting medicare fraud and much more.
This has to STOP!

The WAR the Castro's have declared is an economic one against the United States of America.

To think their are politicians in Washington, D.C. and else where that allow this non-sense.

A young Congressmen, born in New York of Cuban decent has had the "guts" to to say it like it is.

Hat's off to you David Rivera!

It is time to take a STAND!  Be grateful for America and the freedom it offers everyone.

The Cuban Adjustment Act MUST be adjusted.  Let's take a stroll down memory lane:
The original Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966 allowed Cubans to become permanent residents if they had been present in the United States for at least 2 years. The Immigration and Nationality Act Amendments of 1976 (P.L. 94-571) reduced this time to one year. Caps on immigration do not apply and it is not necessary that the applicant use a family-based or employment-based immigrant visa petition.

Two other immigration rules are also waived. Unlike other immigrants, Cubans are not required to enter the United States at a port-of-entry. Second, being a public charge doesn't make a Cuban ineligible to become a permanent resident.

Bottomline on this act.....Those who have been persecuted in Cuba, or who fear persecution (on the basis of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion), may apply for U.S. resettlement through its in country refugee processing unit at the United States Interests Section in Havana.

I think clarity of thought and not emotions must take prescient when it comes to the Castro regime.

The only concern for Castro is the all mighty US $,  that he so critizes.  He has shown throughout the years that he cares NOTHING for the people of Cuba, he lives off of their misery, has detroyed his own Country, has destroyed all the principles and foundation in which the Counrty of Cuba was build on.  Has distorted the Consitution of the Republic of Cuba.

Folks with all due respect to those on the island of Cuba and those around the Globe... it is what it is....

Let's Stop saying Cuba Libre and Let's Make it Happen!

Let's turn up the HEAT, so that LIBERTY can prevail once and for all.

Godspeed,
